CDC-National Diabetes Prevention Program

Research has shown that making moderate lifestyle changes can prevent Type 2 diabetes in adults who are at high risk. As a result of this research, the Center for Disease Control created The National Diabetes Prevention Program. The University of Utah and incentaHEALTH are working together to offer this 12-month science-based education and lifestyle modification program.
