CDC-NDPP Lifestyle Coach Training
Description:
This is a 2-day workshop run by a Master Trainer Select for individuals who wish to become National Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle coaches. Upon completion of the workshop, individuals will be certified to deliver the CDC-NDPP PreventT2 Curriculum.
**This training is being held in-person with accommodations made for social distancing and enhanced cleaning protocols.**
Prerequesite:
Health professionals, students in a Health Profession's field or adults interested in health and diabetes prevention.
Cost Information / Refund Policy:
$400/person. Payment is due at time of registration. A processing fee of ten dollars ($10.00) will be charged for each refund request.
Registration will close one week prior to start of training.
