Intensive Lifestyle Program- Virtual via Zoom


The online Intensive Lifestyle Program is a 12 week program aimed at helping people work towards a healthier lifestyle long-term. This program is best suited for those beginning a healthy lifestyle journey or those looking to get back to one and learn current health information.

Group class is held one time per week and taught by a health coach, along with guest speakers who are experts in nutrition, exercise physiology and mental health. Important topics such as nutrition, physical activity, wellness, motivation, sleep, stress, and healthy coping mechanisms are covered throughout the course.

Prior to starting the program, you will meet with an exercise physiologist (via video chat or telephone) to discuss your individual exercise goals and types of exercises that will work best for you.


Video and audio capability is required for this class.

After registering, Zoom meeting information will be shared for you to log in to your online Intensive Lifestyle Program classes.

Cost Information / Refund Policy:

A processing fee of ten dollars ($10.00) will be charged for each refund request. If the request is made after the first training session, the refund will be pro-rated to reflect the percentage of sessions attended minus the $10 processing fee.

  Vanessa Browning

My name is Vanessa Browning, I am a second year master’s student in the Dietetics program here at the University of Utah. My area of focus is in Nutrition Education and Research.  I am passionate about researching and learning the role nutrition plays in one’s health. Over the last year, I have gained valuable experience in helping individual’s move towards better health by working at PEAK Health and Fitness. I also love food, so it’s probably not surprising that I have a large garden at home that I enjoy spending time in with my husband and black lab.  To balance out my busy work and student life, I do my best to get outdoors. In addition to gardening, I enjoy hiking, camping, rafting, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, and all-around relaxing outside.
