Self-Compassion for BIPOC: Healing in Community
Description:
This is a space for befriending ourselves and one another, to reflect on the disparate impact of COVID-19 and the national reckoning with racism. Self-compassion as a practice can be a form of resistance and healing for BIPOC communities. This virtual workshop will provide opportunities to learn what self-compassion is and isn't through practice and discussion. (This retreat is experiential; you will screen breaks because we understand zoom fatigue is real.) We need a minimum of 10 people registered to run the workshop.
