Mindfulness-Oriented Resilience Enhancement (MORE). This two-hour MORE program will teach you three practical techniques for decreasing stress and enhancing well-being: mindfulness, mindful reappraisal, and mindful savoring. Mindfulness will help you focus on what’s most important to you. Mindful reappraisal will help you better manage negative thoughts and emotions. And, mindful savoring will help you better appreciate the good things in life.
