If you’re hoping to make changes in your eating habits, meeting with a nutrition expert can be invaluable. When we’re talking nutrition - one size does not fit all. Our registered dietitians can help you determine realistic changes to your diet that make sense.
This service includes a 60-minute virtual meeting via Zoom with a Nutrition Specialist to discuss ideal nutrition strategies for performance/health or review current nutrition standards. No detailed meal plans provided.
