Prescription Refill

U Health Pharmacies will be changing Pharmacy Management Computer Systems effective September 8, 2018. Due to this change, this page will no longer be available to request refills after that date.

Beginning September 8, 2018, prescription refills can be requested through the U Health My Chart page at If you do not currently have a U Health My Chart account, you can obtain one by one of the following methods:


Our friendly pharmacists and technicians are ready to help you get your prescriptions refilled. Fill one, two or as many prescriptions as you would like. It's fast, easy and convenient!

To get started, please make sure you have your prescription information available. This information can be found on the top of your prescription label or on past refill receipts.

Select Pharmacy

Please select the pharmacy where you will be picking up your prescription(s).

Patient Information

Please enter the patient's date of birth associated with the prescription(s) you are going to refill. For example, if you are refilling a prescription for a family member. You will need to enter the family member's date of birth.

Prescription Information

Please enter the nine digit prescription number of the medication you would like to refill then press the button titled "Add Prescription" found at the right of the prescription number.

The prescription number can be found in the bottom right corner of the label on your medication container.

When you are finished adding prescriptions, click on the button titled "Finish" found on this page.
